Well, obviously if you are reading this, the site is not down at the moment but it could be soon! We use a service called domain direct that hosts some of the email functions and other aspects of 'thecreems.com'. I've had them for a number of years but for well over a year now, their e-mail servers have been up, down, borked, hosed, hacked, freaked, lame, and broken. I think they also smell bad but I can't confirm that. I've had enough and it is time to switch. The problem is that switching providers is never easy so expect some problems.
Ok, no one ever reads this far.... So I'll keep this short but therapeutic. I've given these people a really really long time to get their servers in order. Enough is enough. Take a look for yourself, if they remain honest (which is the new tact they switched to about 6 months ago -- a welcome change from the prior state of denial) you can see their network status page yourself and find that things are not quite right.
